A Pre-Service Guest Briefing Your Whole Team Can Use

The Daily Report turns tonight's reservations and each guest's history into one briefing your team can open before service, with the reason shown for every flag.

What the briefing covers

  • VIPs: guests who are VIPs at your venue or elsewhere on the network, or who have positive reviews elsewhere.
  • Service alerts: high-risk reservations, negative reviews or surveys at your venue, double-bookings, and negative reviews elsewhere on the network.
  • Booking conflicts: guests booked twice the same night, here or at another ConTROLL venue.
  • First-timers, win-backs and large parties, so the floor knows who is new, who is returning and where the big tables are.
  • Allergy and dietary notes, visit notes and special requests, so they reach the whole team and not only the person who took the booking.

Built from your own data, with the reasons shown

The briefing draws on your reservation history, guest records and feedback, plus public reviews matched to your guests where the evidence supports it. Risk and VIP signals come from fixed, documented rules, and each flag shows why it was raised, so staff can judge it rather than take it on faith.

Ready when your team arrives

The Daily Report is ready inside ConTROLL before service and opens on an iPad or any device. Walk-ins are counted in the totals but are never listed as named guests in these sections.
